

Dr. Sellers was born and reared in Lafayette, Louisiana. He first became interested in health care in the 1980's while his mother was teaching nursing at the University of Southwestern Louisiana. He studied biology and chemistry there, and completed his studies with a 3.877 cumulative average. During that time he also completed Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Knox, Kentucky for the Louisiana Army National Guard.
He attended Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas. In 1990 he was chosen to participate in a three month Neurosurgical Rotation Program through the University of Texas Health Science Center, Herman Hospital in Houston, Texas. In this program he worked closely with Dr. Floyd Haar during the initial work-up, diagnosis, therapy and surgical intervention for numerous and varied neurosurgical conditions. Dr. Sellers graduated Suma Cum Laude as the Valedictorian of his class in August 1991. After graduating he participated in the Chiropractic Physicians Candidate Training Program, in Bradenton, Florida, under Dr. Sandra Lavigne.
Dr. Sellers began practicing in Mandeville in 1992. Currently his practice is located on Saint Ann Drive, down the street from the Post Office, where he has been for seven years.
